Our Firm Dave Panich and Mike Noel merged their private practices in 1983 to form Panich and Noel Architects. Located in Athens, Ohio, we provide architectural and engineering services for clients in southern Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia. We’re large enough to offer a broad range of services and small enough for the principals to give personal attention to every project. We offer an extensive range of services and experience. Besides our focus on design and planning for new construction, we also specialize in the renovation of commercial, industrial, educational, institutional, and residential structures. In addition, we offer special services including feasibility studies, master planning, site selection, historic restoration, adaptive re-use, and interior space planning. We can supply high quality service for a realistic fee on projects within the region because of our central location and our familiarity with construction in the area. We’re familiar with building techniques and procedures for cost-efficient, on-schedule projects outside of major urban areas. As residents of southern Ohio, we understand the types of buildings that regional clients want and need. Our talented team includes two registered architects, a registered professional engineer, an interior designer, draftspersons, graduate architects, a field representative, and office manager.
