MMH - PHARMACY
PNA was recently commissioned to provide M/E/P design services for an ISO-7 class 10,000 clean room for a renovated pharmacy in Marietta Memorial Hospital. The ante-room, IV prep room, and chemo prep room will be supplied with heating, cooling, and ventilation from a semi-custom rooftop air handling unit. These three areas will be pressure monitored using TSI room pressure controls with read out stations, and the rooms will be exhausted using a high plenum dilution laboratory exhaust fan. The chemo prep area has a BSC cabinet for treatment preparation that is 100% exhaust to the outdoors. The IV prep room has a laminar flow hood with HEPA filters that is re-circulated into the room. The IV prep room and ante-room has a pass through cabinet allow personnel to pass mixtures between rooms safely.
