OU-BRASSE HALL CHILLER The M/E/P design group at Panich and Noel can provide HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical design services for any building or use. We have provided M/E/P design for industrial, commercial, institutional, higher education, and residential projects. Our designers have over 35 years combined experience to provide all your design needs including tight budgets and fast track projects. Brasee Hall was a fast track project to replace an existing 250 ton water cooled chiller with a new 300 ton water cooled central plant. The new chiller is a variable speed drive unit sized and designed to provide chilled water to the entire campus at the Ohio University Lancaster Branch. The existing mechanical room was upgraded to meet the ASHRAE 15 ventilation requirements for refrigeration equipment.
