STIMSON AVENUE Redevelopment of a now-defunct shopping area includes three to four floors of apartments above storefronts. PNA arranged the site to accommodate a discreet drive-thru while maintaining a relatively uninterrupted street frontage. If realized this project will repair the urban fabric by erecting an articulated street wall along Stimson Ave. and Palmer St., defining a now porous corner.
