Service & Approach
The size of our firm allows one or both partners to be directly involved in the design and production of each project.

Design: In developing a design program, we help the client identify any special requirements the project may have. Through this process the design problem is identified and potential solutions can be easily evaluated. We continually review progress on the design with the client to insure that the final design will meet the client's needs.

Conservation of Energy: All of our designs incorporate currently accepted energy conservation measures. These items are balanced against the budget requirements of the project and prioritized for inclusion after review and approval by the client. Our in-house engineering staff allows integration of the mechanical and electrical systems with the architecture throughout the project.

Appropriate Construction Techniques:
The cost of construction in rural areas can be significantly higher if consideration is not given to the availability of materials and skilled trades persons during the design process. We’re familiar with building techniques and procedures for cost-efficient, on-schedule projects outside of major urban areas.

Cost Control: To maintain accurate cost control, our firm has in-house estimating capability. Our ability to accurately estimate project costs allows us to alter the design or scope of a project prior to bidding to insure that the bids will be within the allotted budget.

On-Site Representation: During the construction phase, we make frequent visits to the site to observe construction progress and aid in on-site coordination. With greater architect representation on the site, higher quality buildings can be expected.
